Good to know for your vacation in the Palatinate

Location: close to nature at the edge of the resort town of Dahn, in the midst of romantic Wasgau region in the Palatinate, close to the Southern Wine Route and to Alsace

Check-in: Your room is available from 2 pm. An earlier check-in might be possible upon request.

Check-out: Thand you for leaving your room by 12 pm on your departure day. A late check-out after 12 pm is subject to a charge and is only possible upon previous request.

Parking: Parking at the Spa Hotel Pfalzblick is free of charge.

Charging station: We have a charging station for electric cars.

Rooms: There are smoking and non-smoking rooms as well as rooms with a balcony or terrace. Choose between double rooms, family rooms, suites and single rooms. The singles are equipped with a French bed. Double rooms can be booked for single occupancy upon request and for a surcharge.

Room amenities: All rooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, telephone, radio alarm clock, flat-screen TV, WiFi, minibar, safe, hairdryer, and a spa bag with sauna towel and terrycloth slippers.

Families: We are happy to welcome families. Our recommendation: the family rooms with a small extra room. Our large garden paradise invites you to swing, slide, play table tennis or jump on the trampoline.

Children's prices: Children up to 5 years of age stay for free in their parent's room. We charge 6€ per night for a baby bed. Children from 6 to 10 years of age pay 32.00€ per night and children from 11 to 16 years of age pay 46.00€ per night with two full-paying adults in the room.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in the room but they are not allowed in the spa area. We kindly request that you let us know in advance. We charge 20€ per animal and night (without food).

Early booker discount: If you book a package arrangement at least two months before your arrival day, you will receive a discount of 6€ per day and person.

Payment methods: You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with a debit card (Maestro) with a PIN. We also accept credit cards in the restaurant (Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express).

Cancelation regulations:

Bookings for one room can be cancelled free of charge up until the 11th day before your booked arrival. Please note that bookings for Christmas/New Year's Eve must be cancelled further in advance. We will confirm your cancellation in writing. For short-term cancellations or changes to your booking (after the fixed date) there may be charges for up to 70% of the package price.

The guest retains the right to prove in individual cases that less damages were incurred (§309 clause 5b BGB). Please remember that it does not matter why you have cancelled. To avoid unnecessary costs we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.

We offer our guests the opportunity to limit the risk of cancellation costs: If you place a down payment of at least 25% of the arranged package within 10 days after making your reservation, we will not charge above and beyond that for short-term cancellations.  (From the day on which the booking is confirmed is to the day on which the payment is deposited to our account).

Travel cancelation insurance: To avoid unnecessary risk we recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Visitor's tax: The city of Dahn charges a visitor's tax of 1.50 € per person and day.
